The teaching fellow will be required to both develop and deliver teaching material to postgraduate students undertaking several different MSc degrees in i) Renewable Energy Engineering; ii) Energy; and iii) Renewable Energy and Distributed Generation. The specific courses to be delivered include topics within the areas of renewable energy, demand management, and energy storage.
You will have:
- completed either a MSc or PhD in engineering (or another appropriate area) and ideally possess relevant teaching and/or research experience in the area of energy
- experience in teaching postgraduate university students
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- the ability to supervise MSc student projects.
Ideally, the successful applicant will be able to start in September 2012. The period of employment will be for a fixed period of 12 months full-time.
