The Sustainable Development Research Network (SDRN) Annual Conference took place on 28th January 2014 at the UK Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) Conference Centre in London.

This year's conference looked at the UK's sustainability commitments for 2020 and asked: Are we on track? And if not, do we have the rights tools, research programmes, policies and approaches to help get us there? Presentations and discussions were centred around the following key themes: evidence, tools and policy evaluation; economic growth; policy-making and engaging the public; natural capital; and renewable energy.
