Following the results of the UK general election last fortnight, Carbon Brief has provided a look at what the Conservative majority might mean for climate and energy. The blog provides a summary of the key Conservative manifesto pledges on climate and energy plus reactions to and comments on the election result. Concerns about anti-renewables rhetoric, the impact of an EU referendum, and how to reconcile seemingly inconsistent energy and climate policy objectives are just some of the issues raised.
